06/09/09 - Hello friends and fans. We have a TM out on The 13th Soul now, as 13th Floor was apparently tagged by the boys in NY before us. Nothing like reinventing yourself on the fly...We'll have some changes coming up, updates on shows and maybe (just maybe) a little insight into our next album.

Our album Three in the Hand of a Concrete Leaf is now available on iTunes, amazon.com and many other online vendors. You can purchase the entire album or single MP3s.
Couple of things before you read on:
1. The music player is at the bottom of the page. It starts to play our music (loudly) when you hit our site, so consider yourself forewarned. You can pause the player any time on any page. AND - there are links off to the right side for lyrics.
2. If you want to respond or see blog postings by other people please click on the date and it will take you to the section of the blog. Seems there's been a bit of confusion about how that works.

The 13th Soul: poor luck, bad mojo, or just plain unsavory? In truth, the 13th Soul is a paradox. It is an illusive space between “here” and “there,” where just about anything is possible.
Think about it - depending on how you listen, music and sound can take you any where, or no-when. Music and sound are a secret language which, if you listen closely, you’ll hear a deepening echo from that room in the back of your head.
Our music draws from many musical genres: world music, rock, classical, electronica, jazz. Our current album, Three In the Hand of a Concrete Leaf, released in June of 2008 is a culmination of our years of individual experience and our combined efforts. We love music and have a unique, ever changing musical style developed via friendship and talent. So if you are willing to take a chance, go ahead and push that button and take a journey with The 13th Soul.
